I read somewhere that even some muslims skip circumcision...there was this report of some security gaurd killed in Pakistan...who was found to be not circumcised...I will try to dig it out..

All the fighter in tribal says they are fighting for Islam .if they then why they did n t done circumcised.its is must.
Problem is that not one case .

There are one or two cases of person not done Circumcision.

for us the victory was when MM Singh was forced to drop terrorism from talks between the two countries and making Balochistan as part of it. It was the dossier which have made it possible.

The following is the text of the joint statement issued here on Thursday at the conclusion of a meeting between Prime Minister Yousuf Raza Gilani and Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh.


‘Prime Minister of India Dr Manmohan Singh and Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani met at Sharm El Sheikh on July 16, 2009. The two prime ministers had a cordial and constructive meeting.’

‘They considered entire gamut of bilateral relations with a view to charting the way forward in India-Pakistan relations. Both leaders agreed that terrorism was main threat to both the countries. The leaders affirmed their resolve to fight terrorism and to cooperate with each other to this end.’

‘Prime Minister Singh reiterated the need to bring the perpetrators of the Mumbai attack to justice.’


‘Prime Minister Gilani assured that Pakistan would do everything in its power in this regard. He said Pakistan had provided an updated status dossier on the investigation of the Mumbai attacks and had sought additional information/evidence. Prime Minister Singh said that dossier was being reviewed.’

‘Both leaders agreed that the two countries would share real time, credible and actionable information on any future terrorist threats.’

‘Prime Minister Gilani mentioned that Pakistan had some information on threats in Balochistan and other areas.’

‘Both prime ministers recognise that dialogue is the only way forward. Action on terrorism should not be linked to the Composite Dialogue process and these should not be bracketed.’

‘Prime Minister Singh said that India was ready to discuss all issues with Pakistan, including all outstanding issues. He reiterated India’s interest in a stable, democratic Islamic Republic of Pakistan.’

‘Both leaders agreed that the real challenge was development and the elimination of poverty. They are resolved to eliminate those factors which prevent our countries from realising their full potential.

‘Both agreed to work to create an atmosphere of mutual trust and confidence. Both leaders reaffirmed their intention to promote regional cooperation.’

‘Both foreign secretaries should meet as often as necessary and report to the two foreign ministers who will be meeting on the sidelines of the forthcoming UN General Assembly.’—APP


Now please read this text ...and point out where does this state that Pakistan has provided any proof......It simply states that PM Gilani has some information regarding threats in Baluchistan.....

So from these reports there can be only 2 possibilities, only one of which can be true:

1. India has absolutely no role in the Baloach insurgency and its consulates in Afghanistan have no subversive activities other than nation building.

or

2: Indians are so smart that they are hoodwinking even the US and coalition forces in Afghanistan as to their activities in supporting the Baloachs through their Afghan consulates.

Which one is true? Hmmnnn considering how India surprised the whole world following "Smiling Buddha II" in '98 .......

WASHINGTON: Pakistan raised the issue of India’s involvement in Balochistan with the US, but provided no credible evidence to support their claim, says America’s special envoy Richard Holbrooke.

‘I would be misleading, if I said it didn’t come up,’ said Mr Holbrooke when asked if Pakistan brought up this issue during his visit to the country last week.

Responding to the second part of the question — ‘if Pakistan also gave credible evidence to support its claim’ — Mr Holbrooke said: ‘The narrow answer to your question is no.’

Pakistan raised this issue with Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh as well at a bilateral meeting in Egypt on July 16.

On Wednesday, Mr Singh defended the inclusion of Balochistan in an India-Pakistan joint statement issued after the meeting but said he received no dossier from his Pakistani counterpart on India’s alleged involvement.

The New York Times reported on Wednesday that Pakistan linked its action against the Lashkar-e-Taiba with New Delhi ending its covert operations in Balochistan.

The report said that in conversations with the Obama administration, Pakistan’s army chief indicated that India needed to stop meddling in Balochistan in return for Pakistan’s actions against the Lashkar.

At his briefing in Washington on Wednesday afternoon, Mr Holbrooke also refused to discuss occupied Kashmir, saying that it was outside his area of responsibility.
