NEW DELHI: Team India coach Gary Kirsten's report is to be a shocking statement on players. Several players are dubbed unfit, overweight and worse unwilling to take corrective action.

Top sources have revealed to Times Now the predicament of Team India coach Gary Kirsten. This is the first look of what is likely to be in Gary's report.

In Part 1, Gary is likely to report that eight players in the Indian squad are overweight and that three of them are grossly unfit and are refusing to take corrective action.

It is also indicated that these three players are just not fit for any kind of international sport, let alone T20 cricket.

Team management had one-on-one meetings with each player and tried to convey the responsibility they had for the country.

Some players have told the team management they find it difficult to maintain codes of discipline. Several of the players say that discipline norms that put a leash on parties, pubbing and drinking are impractical.

These players have told Kirsten that unless a whip is cracked, they will not accept codes of conduct.

Several players said they can't "control" themselves on certain occasions when it comes to partying and recreation.

They had told Gary Kirsten that off the field they need the "freedom" to do what they want, even on tour.

Some players are of the opinion that there could be a fine if disciplinary codes are broken.

Coach bypassed by selectors Shocking revelations regarding selection have also been made by top Sources to Times Now. According to Times Now sources, India coach Gary Kirsten was not consulted by Indian selectors while choosing the team for Zimbabwe.

Gary Kirsten, Eric Simmons and Paddy Upton wanted to include Ishant Sharma for the Zimbabwe tour. They felt it was Ishant's best chance of coming back to form.

Srikkanth and the other selectors did not bother to consult the coaching trio. Gary Kirsten is upset, and will convey his strong views to the BCCI at the earliest.

Well Mr. Kirsten wants save his own A$$ by blaming the players. When India was winning everything was seems to be perfect, since they have crashed out from T20, Mr. Kirsten is looking for excuses.

Well who wants to leave this lucrative job, people normaly find someone as scapegoat or make someone as scape goat.

The situation in Pakistani cricket is 100 times worst than what they have in India but still they are acheiving few goals.
