HahahahahGo and tell it to American Chemical Society Journal.
Also, look at the way diabetes pills work.
Re-read the article and if you still don't understand it, burst the bubble again, and I will splash your brain in layman's terms.
@KRAIT ...You are fast man, I was going to post this..
Hahahahah
Ok go ahead first tell me what is first Pass effect?
What is "parenteral", "Oral"?
What is the difference between "Capsule", "Pill" and Tablet?
What is "Film Coated"?
What are the "Enzymes"?
Why Insulin cant be taken orally?
Tell me everything then i will burst your "Cheecho" Indian brain once and for all
Buddy you can google all you want. I am only telling you and OP that this discovery has already been made and commercial oral insulin is available in market. Its you who have to prove that it is the discovery of an Indian scientist not me. ThanksBuddy, I could Google all of those questions, you've proved nothing.

Sure you tell me everything regarding basics of Pharmacology. My questions still remains what is the innovation of Indians (as you are claiming that its a discovery)?@Rajput_Pakistani
Objective of Research ---- A way to transform delivery of insulin therapy
Challenge ---- From a shot to a pill. (Direct Delivery of Insulin)
Introduction
1. The body's digestive enzymes. ----
Extremely efficient in breaking down food.
It also break down insulin before it can get to work.
2. Insulin doesn't get easily absorbed through the gut into the bloodstream.
For Delivery Mechanism-
1. Packaging insulin in tiny sacs made of lipids, or fats called liposomes,(lready used in some treatments.)
2. Then, they wrapped the liposomes in layers of protective molecules called polyelectrolytes.
For Better Absorption into Bloodstream -
Folic acid, a kind of vitamin B ( helps in transporting liposomes across the intestinal wall into the blood) is attached to the "Layersomes".
Differences
In this case, insulin is directly delivered through pill.
In case of diabetes tablets,
Diabetes tablets work in different ways to lower blood glucose levels -
For example by stimulating the pancreas to produce more insulin, or by helping the body to use the insulin that it does produce more effectively"
Benefits
No need to use needles which is quite painful. Easy delivery. Easy to use.
P.S. Just an engineer who read Biology till 12 Class.
Is the insulin (your countrymen discovered) is available commercially? Have you conducted its trials? That's been proved.
Commercial Oral insulin has not been available. The Israeli company you linked (Oramed) is conducting trials, it is NOT commercially available
