Don't be unreasonable. That one was a freak accident due to yard's negligence. India has built, repaired & commissioned hundreds of ships over the decades.

Its been speculated that the vessel will displace 10,000 tons and will be 175 metres long. However exact specifications of the ship is still unknown.
