Indian Mujahideen hand becomes clearer in Hyderabad blasts

When a state starts murdering people under POTA, for political cookies they also make the blowback inevitable.

RIP.

When a STATE starts feeding SNAKES on the ASSUMPTION that they will BITE it's ENEMIES, than they also make the BLOW-BACK inevitable.

RIP.

And that is exactly what terrorists want, to be remembered as a martyr. To have changed the world in a way that people will remember, to be an icon for their followers.

But what they really deserve is a bullet in the head, in the back of an unmarked van with black windows.

Kasab was a bit too high profile for that but he could have been executed quickly and thrown aside like garbage to be forgotten.

Sorry CD, I do not subscribe to your justice system. You cannot ignore their demands however impractical they may be. Our justice system considers every accused innocent before proven guilty. What you are talking will present more problems in the long run because you are giving unprecedented powers to police.

How is having quick executions giving too much power to the police?

How does it serve the human rights of terrorists to sit in a jail cell (becoming a martyr) for 5-10 years, and THEN executing them?

It is not more humane, it is less humane, and a thousand times more dangerous since it is turning them into a martyr and strengthening their cause.

We have system of fast track courts but we will take lots of time to have so many fast track courts.

One need strong law to tame these monster. I assume being a Pakistani you must know this. Since many years none of Pakistani terrorists (whom Pakistan consider terrorists like TTP and LeJ) have be convicted??

After loosing 40,000 Civilians and 4000 Armies Moderator like you are opposing strict Laws.. I can only feel pity on you Pakistani....

Having said that I will agree that collateral damage are obvious when enemy is living within...

@ Indian posters... do not get bogged down by sympathizers of terrorists...... There are poeple who support terrorist... If not the terrorism wouldn't have been yielded so much result........ Let them enjoy (which you can feel from their posts) the terrorist attacks happened india.....

Government has done so much after 26/11 to improve the security..... But what appears is what ever done is not adequate to stop the attacks...... There are lot more to do....

We have system of fast track courts but we will take lots of time to have so many fast track courts.

You are right.... But do we have the political will do take bold steps??????? I guess present govt and its leaders lack the will.....

@muse Read post number 2 and 7. Tell me is there any hope in Pakistan ?

And the drama continues, If Pakistan and Pakistani's condemn, You and other indians start crying that you have no right to condemn the terror attacks in our country and one someone speaks truth you start crying that look at the mentality of pakistan.

Hypocrisy at it's best

Original plan was to bomb local Sai temple: NIA - Rediff.com India News

A major lead that has emerged in Thursday’s Hyderabad twin blasts investigations -- in which 16 people were killed and 114 injured -- is that the plan to attack the Sai Baba temple at Dilsuknagar was changed at the last minute.

The visit of Hyderabad Commissioner of Police Anurag Sharma to the temple on Thursday evening changed the plan, sources in National Investigation Agency and Hyderabad police tell Rediff.com.

“The original plan was to carry out an attack at the Sai Baba temple; and had this been executed we would have seen over 50 deaths. As per the information available the plan was to plant three bombs at the temple area. However, due to the visit to the temple by the commissioner, security was high and there was heavy police presence. This made the group change its plan at the last minute and plant the bomb on bicycles away from the temple area,” a NIA source says.

The police say that the meticulously chalked-out attack was planned for over a period of five months. It has now been ascertained that the CCTV cables were cut off five days prior to the incident and this could have well been part of the plan.

“The attackers had initially decided on targeting the devotees at the temple, but it appears that they had a back up plan as well. Normally if things do not go as per plan there is panic and the operation fails. However in this case it appears that there was a proper back up,” a source in Hyderabad police points out.

The attackers were aware that the security in the temple area is normally higher than other parts of Dilsukhnagar, and hence had a back up plan in mind.

The police are also examining whether the cables to the CCTV were cut off by the same group which carried out the attack. It makes sense for them to do so, since the CCTV footage turns out to be a crucial piece of evidence for the investigators.

The Sai Baba temple has been attacked in November, 2002, in which two people were killed and 22 others injured. The casualty was not too high at that time primarily because the bomb was not of great quality. However, this time around the bomb that was used was of very high quality and assembled by an expert.

Meanwhile the Andhra Pradesh government has set up two teams to assist the NIA in this probe.

Thank God...Do these jihadis even know that Sai baba himself was a muslim ? :hitwall:

We have the solution but comes the problem of implementation. But Ajmal Kasab was hanged with 4 years, even though he was fed lots of Mutton Biryani.

Leave Sai Baba, even Sufism is against their ideology whom they considered as idolatry.

The problem we have is there are Thousands of people and Hundreds of NGOs to fight for HR of terrorists, rapists, murderers, but hardly any for victims and soldiers family who died dealing with these terrorists.

6 policemen got killed yesterday. No one gives a jack about them.

He was a terrorist, who planned to take Indian law makers as hostage. He paid for this with his life. POTA or no POTA, he would have been hanged.

This case has both sides. Each side has pros and cons. Hanging will act as a deterrent for those who think of doing these things. I propose mandatory death sentence to those who think of terrorizing people in the name religion, cause, or any other thing.
