Indian media restriction is just for few days and its to prevent communal violances happening. If you have a problem GFU.

No reason is valid. Despite many radical groups here in Pakistan our media did NOT ban showing attack on Ahmadi worship place.

SO NO reason is Valid to put curbs on Media simple as that specially in case of Social Issues.

Well one of the main bone of contentions between India and Pak before and after the Foriegn offices meeting was the "hate speeches" publicly aired by your beloved Hafiz Saeed.....

Maybe your govt. shud reconsider curbing the airing of such hate speeches that only move our countries away from reaching the negotiating table.....It may just help your cause....
Not to mention the radicalization such speeches may have on the general uneducated masses in Pakistan that are malleable and may take up terrorism.....as is evident from the current scenario

You can NOT learn from us indeed because our media is NOT orange . Our media has the courage to speak up against Govt curbs and history has shown that Pakistani media had defended its right to freedom by standing up to Govt curbs.


Unlike Indian media which becomes groupie of the Govt by accepting such curbs sheepishly by calling it self-sensor.

It shows Indian media is one sided and biased and glove in hands with Hindu majority.

How can anyone hide that atrocity, I fail to understand. By putting blinkers on the national media? No way. No way can anyone hide the atrocities conducted by a bunch of upstart Arab invaders on a five thousand year old civilization. An ancient temple razed to the ground and a mosque built on its ruins. Can this be hidden? No way. A national shame? Yes of course it was a national shame. Is this a solitary case? No. There are thousands of such cases of temples and churches destroyed the world over and mosques built at the same place.

However, having said that, I am happy that the Maharashtra govt is making an attempt to avoid letting vivid visuals of the atrocity stir up emotions which may result in wide spread disturbances and untold loss of life and property.

Whatever happened has already happened. Can't be undone. History can't be undone. We have to learn to make peace with it and live with it, we have to move on.

Pakistani Media had always been walking with Head High as it has stand up to these restrictions by dictators and politicians alike whereas Indian Media is groupie of those who are putting restrictions.
