Indian Media: Pak To Remain In Terror Funding Grey List, Fails 6 Conditions: Sources

''India expects Pakistan to remain in the "grey list"''

Keep dreaming Basanti....Getting clubbed on LAC has certainly made you behave like a headless chicken. Lol.

It's been in graylist for years. Every single financial transaction is being scrutinized and your economy has been torn to pieces.

Rich coming from an indian.
More begging and starving than the whole of Africa
Biggest receivers of foreign aid
Recently had soldiers clubbed to death and taken prisoner and done nothing.
Millions suffering from rampant Covid
Yet you feel qualified to tell Pakistanis of their financial requirements? Look in the mirror first and then give advice.

India is fast becoming the epicentre of terror related activities especially money laundering.

You don't want me to go there.

Anyway @Windjammer your economy has been screwed for many years due to gray list.

Honestly Doesn't even matter whether they are on the list or not.. I don't think they give a fxxck about a bogus list and as a matter fact I don't think anyone does

You are wrong. Yeah the list is only politics, but it'll hurt Pakistan big time if we go into the black one...

Pak To Remain In Terror Funding Grey List, Fails 6 Conditions: Sources

Pakistan has failed to fulfil six key obligations of the FATF, Indian sources said.
New Delhi:
India expects Pakistan to remain in the "grey list" of the global money laundering and terror financing watchdog with not only more than 4,000 terrorists going missing from its records but the country also giving a pass to two of New Delhi's most wanted terrorists - Maulana Masood Azhar and Hafiz Saeed, government sources said Sunday.

"Since 4,000 terrorists vanished from its schedule 1V. FATF (Financial Action Task Force) will not allow Pakistan to exit the grey list," a senior bureaucrat told NDTV.

According to him, Pakistan also has failed to fulfil six key obligations. "FATF had given Pakistan a total of 27 action plan obligations for completely checking terror financing of which so far it has cleared 21 but failed in some of the key tasks," he said.
Four nominating countries USA, UK, France and Germany are also not fully satisfied with Pakistan's fulfilment of their wishes in Afghanistan and this will also go against the country, he added.

"These four countries are not satisfied with Islamabad's commitment in taking strong action against the terror groups operating from its soil," the official said
Yeah indian media with its cow dung based sources 🤣🤣

There is no failing or passing there is only conplying we are either filly complied or partialy complied on most of the demands except 4 conditions which are being worked through
Good job fatf
Dont worry we will be out and when we are out tab hamara aim yehi hoga k we put forward your name for money laundering as your own PM says Kala dhan mulk se bahir gya he
thats good news i wish FATF not let them out until they did proper job . thanks FATF
Them ? I thought you was a Pakistani... anyways we did a proper job and we will be out soon dw
Pakistan has a long way to go. The Imran Khan will never get Pakistan off the gray list. You need a more moderate and sensible government to do that.
So its Khans fault now did Khan make weak laws which led to money laundering being easy ?* why dont you ask those who sold 1kg of potato chips for $400 that to Afghanistan 🤣

IK has kept Pakistan off the black list. He doesn't have the political motivation to get you off of the grey list.

Lolx he has kept us off the blacklist but will not get us off the graylist ? Ok boomer

Yup. Why take so long to implement the requirements then? They are fairly simple.its because they are against the interests of your government. If you had the motivation then you'd implement FATF asap.

Largest number of beggars in world are in india
Largest amount of foreign aid is being recieved by india
India has one of the worst ranks on Hunger Index
And salt over the wound is that 1% of indian population called the Elite controls over 76% of wealth in indian

Its not that simple as you think... you think requirements were to make 1 call and get them done ? There are around 40 conditions some were regarding stopping hundi/hawala... some were to bring in stricter laws and some were to set up better action plans...

And it was Khan who despite oppositions protest passed all laws few days ago

If you read at all you would note that the primary issue fatf has had since the last 12-18 months is not legislation but enforcement. Enforcement can't be done overnight, especially as a lot of this has to do with changes to national and bank level transaction monitoring and ultimate beneficial owner capturing capabilities which takes time to build.

Also, the a lot of these laws had to be brought in as ordinances initially because the opposition who you seem to favour was trying to use them as a bargaining chip.

India's narrative changed from pushing Pakistan to black list, now Indians are happy with Pakistan in grey ... mean Indians are realising the ground realities.
On the other hand, good for Pakistan; till meet FATF requirements else the 'Muqaddas Parliament' will resist compliance due to the personal stakes of political thieves/corrupts of Pakistan.
FATF is going to save tax payers money.

Yes we should keep pushing. If you slip then you should be on the black list and we should point out any slip up, otherwise you'll go back to your old habits.

In the end the average Pakistani will benefit from our actions.
