It is very simple. He is an Indian so what he has to say about India is more credible like a Pakistani talking about Pakistan. But when speaks against Pakistan, he is not as credible since first he is not a Pakistani, he does not live in Pakistan and secondly, he is an Indian so he has a bias. Same will go for a Pakistani talking about India.....Do you get it?
