its not new in India, Many Pakistani songs have been copied from Pakistan and India claimed that those were Purely Indian songs, I wonder if you have seen a Documentary on PTV labeled " Hamari Dhun Tumaharay naam" (Our Tune with your Name Tag). He shows a lot of Indian Copies of Pakistani Music with Exact date and name of Singers so that you can Judge which singer sang that song First.

Regarding that KID he is absolutely Unaware of Internet, he think only he has the access to Internet Connection.

Indeed, nothing new, Pakistani songs are copied quite alot, I've seen terrible copies of great Pakistani songs, now claimed to be Indian.
It is funny but sad at the same time.
