India worried as China, Russia expand ties with Pakistan

That will be the last nail in India's coffin. Firstly NATO will never enter into any pact against China, because it is China vs USA and not China vs West as some uninformed people want to believe. West wants better and better relations with China. They have no interest in any conflict with China because they don't have any stake in South China and East China sea. USA does, as they have alliances with several countries in the region.

A simple understanding of geopolitics will be very helpful for you instead of dumb jingoism.

Trade is actually decreasing. It peaked at $10 billion but is now decreasing. I won't even bother to google unless you really really insist.

Great .
I didnt see such marvellous emotional fools .
Where ever there is a talks about alliance mard i momin will jump with sword for direct attack :sarcastic:.
Dude you are the real jingoistic in here. You shiited out some dumbness about geopolitics in here. And criticizing me whatan irony
There wouldnt be any conflict between India and China and also China and West.Signing a pact with NATO means strategic balance formation in Asia and if we enter in to such an arrangement it will heavily tilted against China .Forget about that.A mere share pact with US will change games .

Dude dont embarass yourselves.10billion is just bilateral trade .What about arms trade ? We bought a SSN from them for 1.1 billion $ and looking for another one.Actually what do you know about the depth of the military relation between India and Russia?

Now we are really doomed! Pakistan's iron-hard and honey-sweet alliances with assorted iron-friends will isolate and suffocate and eventually destroy India. :(

On a different note, has somebody been keeping record of Pakistan's strategic allies/alliances over the decades starting in the 1950s? US, Turkey, Saudi Arabia, China, Russia? $2 billion from Russia, $46 billion from Prez 11 and so on, by now, they must have 'invested' hundreds of billions of dollars in Pakistan - making it not just a nuclear-power but also a major economic power. And for what - just a few mercenaries there, a few hunting permits here, a port there. You guys are the real baniyas!

Perhaps this should put things in perspective?

Iran Calls On China, India, Russia To Oppose NATO Expansion, Missiles

Iran Ready to Cooperate With Russia, China, India to Oppose NATO in Europe

MOSCOW: Iran calls for cooperation with Russia, India and China to oppose NATO’s plans for military expansion in Europe, the country’s Defense Minister Hossein Dehghan said Thursday at a press conference in Moscow.

“We would like to support the idea of developing a multifaceted cooperation between China, Iran, Russia, and India to oppose the purposeful expansion of NATO to the east and placing a missile shield in Europe.”

He emphasized that Iran was ready to begin consultations on the issue to secure stability in the region.

NATO has been boosting its presence in Eastern Europe which has caused concerns from Russian authorities. The process is taking place amid tensions between the alliance and Moscow, following NATO’s accusations that Russia was providing Ukraine’s southeastern militias with military assistance.

Moscow has denied the allegations, while Russian Deputy Defense Minister Anatoly Antonov called the alliance’s activity in Eastern Europe “unjustified.”

In February, NATO announced the increase of its Rapid Response Force from 13,000 to 30,000 military personnel, and the establishment of six new command posts in European states close to the Russian borders.

Iran urges India, China & Russia to counter NATO missile system

Iran has announced its readiness to cooperate with Russia, China and India on the issue of NATO’s missile shield and related threats from the military bloc, the head of its defense ministry said in Moscow.

“I’d like to support the idea of developing multifaceted defense cooperation between China, Iran, India and Russia to counter NATO eastwards expansion and installing a missile shield in Europe,” Hossein Dehghan said on Thursday, at an international security conference in Moscow.

Despite a deal on Tehran’s nuclear program, the US is still going to site its missile defense installations in Europe. They are being deployed over a perceived threat from “nuclear Iran” – a pretext which Moscow called a “fairytale.”

“The threat to NATO countries posed by the proliferation of ballistic missiles continues to increase… the framework [of the Iran nuclear program] agreement does not change that fact,”NATO spokeswoman Oana Lungescu told Sputnik.

According to Russia, the controversial missile shield in Europe is staying because “the Missile Defense System was never about Iran.”

“This serves as yet more proof that references to the ‘Iranian [missile] threat’ served as a smokescreen, whereas the genuine objective is the creation of an anti-missile program with quite a different purpose,” the Russian Foreign Ministry wrote.

The US has for years insisted the missile defense system is needed for protection against potential missiles from rogue states, such as North Korea and Iran. Moscow strongly objected to new unilateral NATO military installations, citing national security threats. Russia proposed the creation of a joint system, but Washington rejected it.

India is too big for Pakistan to be 'worried'. sensational headline.

'Concerned' should be then word. Yes, not with China, but with Russia yes. India recognize that Russia has legitimate stake in Afghanistan. And unfortunately Taliban is controlled by Pakistan, hence Russia has no choice but to get influence in Islamabad. Apart from that I don't know how Russia - Pakistan relations make sense.

That too big India is still far behind tiny Japan if you compare both on map. To be a power you don't need huge country remember how tiny Island UK ruled the world including big India. :D

The deepening economic and defence ties China and Russia are pursuing with Pakistan is worrying New Delhi and it is preparing to convey its concerns to Moscow and Beijing through diplomatic channels.
Who cares Indian concern Russia offering helicopter US selling viper China offering their attack chopper and investing 45 Billion and you keep bumbling .

Japan is far more advanced both economically and technologically than your daddy China and even colonized them at a point of time in history. Does that undermine China's achievements over the years which they have attained through their own efforts and hardwork without lobbying for any other country or begging from the international community unlIke some other states????
Do not make stupid arguments!!

Paleet Hindu Baniya! How dare you use logic against an argument made by Mard-e-momin on the forum of Al Bakistan! You shall burn in hell for this!

Everyone knows that China's achievements were made possible only because of its geo-strategic partnership with Al Bakistan. Before that, they were pushed around by the British, Russians and Japanese.

It is working for India. All Pakistan can do is to try & play catch up. For every step you take, we would have taken 10. we are the status quo power, we seek nothing from you. We can never lose this competition.

Status Quo for now is in favour of India, cant argue with that however the highlighted part is something I beg to differ. Nothing is absolute and so for you to claim that your superiority will remain for ever is delusional.

As people say 'SIZE MATTERS' :D

Japan is a advanced society while India's not, neither is China. But size has its own advantages...the collective power of a large size become too strong. That is why China in spite of having less per capita income than Maldives is challenging US supremacy.
