Even a person with basic common sense does not announce such things. Now SS is highly educated and wise. So that begs the question what is the motive for such a public statement?

When Indira imposed emergency in late 1970, all opposition leaders propped up by the western forces were rounded up and put in jail except for one. That is SS. It also demonstrated who was the king and who were the pawns. SS has been the director of the western forces in India. Today RSS and PM takes directions and dictations from SS.

This statement serves the following purposes

1) Attribute western mechanizations towards Pakistan to India

2) Deflect Pakistan's focus from west to India

Man the West did not exists. It is hostile territory, it just got extended somewhat farther from Hindukush. Just make Iron Curtain already barbed wire exists and must say is quite effective. Who cares about what happens beyond that curtain.

in No way Pakistan disintegration going to help India. In fact it would further create the fear for the boogeyman called India resulting in the further radicalization of the society which will again be another menace.

The general populace has been brainwashed since the beginning to have faith and believe that Hindus aka India in general is after their Islamic candy where in real no one wants that because Pakistan is in interest of India. It serves as a buffer zone between the middle eastern BS and India. History has been evident that Pakistan today was the place to have taken the blunt of invaders from middle east before coming over to Internal India. Hence overall Pakistan is blessing in disguise.

In my own personal view, As a matter of fact Pakistan engaged in its own problems to the point that it is power balance for Pakistan is much more beneficial for India. In no condition should India let the radical forces take over Pakistan. But at the same time Indian forces wont let the Pakistani forces win either. An engaged enemy in its own war is way more better while India works on its economy like a silent giant.

Let them live with their fear, they are already getting bankrupt in arms race. After all their nuasence value is diminishing each passing day they will become totally irreverent in next 10years and then let them reliase what opportunity they missed.
