India Will Grow by the GDP of Pak Annually

Pretty much all I have seen you talk about on this forum is how India is so good and will keep getting much better than Pakistan. That's like the only thing you've ever discussed. Yes, we get the point that Indian GDP is high compared to us (not that different in terms of per capita) and it's growing. You seem to have some sort of an obsession when it comes to these things.

I agree. In an ideal world Indians and Pakistanis can discuss real issues in a civil manner. But when some of your country men are so obsessed with Indian and hate filled that they post cr@p about India and its poverty day in and day out just to some how deviate the attention from the turmoil in your own country. I don't know who they are really trying to deceive. So I think these threads are justified.

I would suggest you advice Omar and his fellow obsessive India haters to get a life before you enlighten us.

For a more meaningful discussion. I will post a "India Vs Pak" GDP growth chart.. Here goes :

What Pakistan really needs to do is to revamp the small scale industries .. get as much of help from China regarding micro financing and setting up small manufacturing hubs., utilizing the traditional industries , giving as much of financial assistance farmers, prepare funds and infrastructure to back up the growth, prevent corruption.

And most importantly you guys need to stop looking into the eastern border and start looking into other important factors within the territory and work for the welfare of own citizens rather than looking at human-rights issues across border.

2 contradictions..

1. The bogey of sanctions is all very well, but India grew pretty robustly during the sanctions as well.
2. The break in the downward trend for Pakistan was only from 2002 to 2005. From 2005, for last 4 years, its back to the downward slide in the growth rate. You can look up the picture Fox posted in the Iran thread

foxbat-albums-base-picture3811-pakgdp.jpg

1. I think you'll find that Indian GDP growth rate slowed to an extent during the sanctions. But Pakistan is a smaller economy, and hence will feel the brunt more.

2. Not from 2005, but from 2008. Fox was saying that a GDP growth rate decrease of like 1.5% from 2005 to 2007 implies a downward trend. It's only minor decreases. Most Pakistanis were pretty happy about growth rate around 2007. It's 2008 where things really changed. You're not going to say that Indian economy is slowing down if GDP growth rate drops 1.5%.

I mean if we're going to go by Foxbat's logic, then Pakistan had upward trend from 1997 to 2000. Growth rate went up from some 0.5% to 4%. However overall, there wasn't that great a difference.

Please, bharatis never lecture their own countrymen about their own trolling and likewise how are you expecting us to care about your perceived trolling from Pakistanis.

1) does it really matter?

2) do you think Pakistan's economy will not increase next 5 years?

3) Don't you think the ongoing projects i.e. completion of Gwadar project, Iran-Pakistan pipeline, electricity generated from cheaper sources such as Coal, Hydro and Wind.... production/export of Gold, Copper, Coal and other minerals, oil refineries being set up in the country, increase of export orders from the European union as per the Pak-EU Trade agreement, increase in agriculture production, completion of dams etc

will not increase Pakistan's Growth rate too?

4) Who is giving a damn about the increasing influence of India in this region? It has no impact on Pakistan whatsoever. Pakistanis care least about what India does or what she does not

That's exactly the point. Somehow these guys have got the idea that Pakistan's GDP growth rate has been inscribed in the stone for next 10-30 years. Which is obviously not true.

When one doesn't have much to say, then one either digs up old articles to copy and paster or go into repititive ranting aka stupid signatures. ;)

The BBC article is from July 2010. Thats just 4 months ago. I dont think any country can make a drastic improvement in alleviating poverty in 4 months let alone the country with the largest population of poor people in the world.

If india is doing so good why doesnt the government share its wealth with its own people. Why do the comon indian have to suffer? Why are more than 400 million indians left out of "shining india"?

This is for all you indians shuting your eyes instead you all should accept the truth and use your high GDP on your people:

The common Indian you are talking about is not suffering as being read by the articles.

A few states are the ones which makes the overall graph of India's poverty down.. Infact 8 of them. The social structure is that it will take some time to repair them.

For example the state i am from has living condition, literacy and other factors which can even be compared to few western countries. we have some 95%+ litracy rate, while some states like bihar and others have serious issues.

i dont know whether you understand it or will try to understand it cause we dont consider your words any important from ur past performances and by the quality of ur posts. we rather discuss it with saner and sensible ones.

So please excuse us my dear.. start a thread on poverty or something and keep urself engaged
