Muslim and Pakistani strategic planners need to rethink the game plan of eliminating the Indian and Hindu threat, once and for all.

• The Indian states of Assam, West Bengal and Kerala are experiencing significant demographic changes in favour of the Muslims. In 2-4 decades, these states will be Muslim majority. We must be prepared to assist these states in seceding from India. Assam and West Bengal shall join Bangladesh, so a powerful Muslim State can take form on the Eastern flank. Kerala must become independent and under the protection of Pakistan.
• A framework & methodology for the creation of "Mughalistan" must also be developed. Muslims form considerable minorities in Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and parts of Jharkhand. These states also hold a considerable number of Dalits, who are open to Islam. Targetted conversions of Dalits will ensure a near Muslim Majority in these states within the coming 4-5 decades. Mughalistan should compose these states and a new exchange of populations should be executed with what remains of the Hindu extremist India. Hindu extremist should leave towards the south and Muslims from the south should migrate to Mughalistan. However, some Muslims must remain in the what remains of the Hindu extremist India (In places where they have a high concentration today). They should consolidate and be armed, giving leverage to the Muslim states of Pakistan, Afghanistan, Greater Bangladesh, Kerala and Mughalistan.
• Kashmir shall be fully integrated in Pakistan.
• Khalistan should also be carved out to further weaken Hindu extremists.

All this without firing a bullet.
