Bangladesh, Nepal, Bhutan offer nothing really to pakistan or the rest of SE Asia.

The new real big players in SE Asia are Iran, AFG and Pakistan. you add India to this list and the rest of countries part of the SAARC are essentially useless and just yes men to the country offering them most money.

Thing is Basically, India can Bully Nepal, Srilanka, Bhutan, Afghanistan but they can't get hold of Pakistan, Hindutva mindset can't bare the fact PAKISTAN is still going strong & have a very Resilient Population...
SAARC hasn't done much anyways, they can do whatever they feel like...
