My query was quite serious, so I will take your answer as a no.

Yes its difficult for a person of Pakistani origin to get visa easily but that doesn't mean its impossible.
A visitor visa will be issued to you in case you are visiting India to meet relatives or friends or for any other legitimate purpose at their invitation.There're still restrictions to re entry under the same visa for Pakistanis.

Its banned and any foreigner caught doing it will be put in jail.Even Salman Khan cannot escape Black Buck poaching case.Perhaps in Pakistan they can allow people to hunt Houbaras not in India.

Pakistani citizens and Foreign Citizens of Pakistani Origin will have to apply using the Regular methods.

Both Pakistani citizens and Citizens of others nations but with Pakistani Origin are excluded:

The current e-Visa scheme will be implemented for an additional 100 nations next year(taking the total to 140+ countries by end of 2015) if the current pilot program is successful.
1. However, nationals of following countries are excluded from this program:

• Afghanistan
• Iran
• Iraq
• Nigeria
• Pakistan
• Somalia
• Sri Lanka
• Sudan

2. And Citizens of Other countries(including the West) who have Pakistani Origin are excluded from this program even where the e-Visa and Visa-On-Arrival facility has been given to their countries.

Off topic: I wonder why Iran and Sri Lanka are excluded from this list. As far as I understand, nationals of these countries have caused India no problem.
That said, this is part of GoI's effort to massively boost Tourism in India. And it should be successful.

There was a case where Israeli diplomats car was attacked by explosives and a plan to attack Israeli embassy was hatched by iran some 2-3 years ago.

Me too. I am also wondering why are SL and Iran are put in the same list as Pakistan, Nigeria and other high risk countries.

Iranians are calm and otherwise good people. Similarly, SL folk are not a threat to India.
