the manoevrebility of t-129 is WAY better.

MBRL can be good substitute of artillery as they are highly mobile ,accurate bit expensive compared to artillery.single MBRL can perform equivalent to 12-14 artillery,more range,can change position to avoid detection by enemy observer.
& India seeems in better position compared to pak when it comes to MBRL.
MBLR can fill the void in the absence of new acquisition
artillery.

2)Even accoeding to wiki,other than a extra speed of 4 km/hr and a extra range of abt 50 km,In wat otherr spec is the Atak better.

Be it ferry range,amount of Weapon carried,the cannon calibre,the avionics,the ceiling level,the number of hard points the Apche still beats the Atak hands down.
