Fact India used the excused to removed the barricade to serve as a barrier for protection of the foreign embassy. An idiotic excuse used the barricade to obstruct the Indian traffic to make life harder for Indian just to appease the US, now since US enforced US law and brought Indian diplomat to justice, India government ordered barricade to be lift and help out India slow moving traffic with end the Indian suffering.

One should watch live Indian Parliament session. All parties(ruling+opposition) are together on this issue and Salman Khurshid is saying that India will do much more and act in the same way as they did to our diplomats if they won't apologies immediately and unconditionally and even if we have to review our relation. And all parties are supporting govt on that.

US paid 2 millions dollar to the victims relative, in a way justice were paid off as compensation for the life taken from a car accidents. US diplomat didn't serve his time for being accused of murder but the victim family got compensation from the US government for the US diplomat wrongful action.

Since Pakistan anti US sentiment ran high with Pakistan population, not wise for the US government to allow US diplomat to be try in the Pakistan court of law, US fearful of bias and partial obstruction of Pakistan court to win over Pakistan population. Therefore US diplomat never get a fair chance to defend himself in the court of law. In US Indian diplomat will get fair treatment in the court of law without being try by the public opinion. 2 case are different with different circumstance.
