They have a 10 day fuel reserve at Managlore only. This reserve is created by UAE and it is India life line in time of war. India is looking to buy S-400 to guard this very reserve there is no other option for India. All fuel reserves in other areas are very limited they cannot last more than 5 day if used for limited population only. India is a very big importer of oil they have huge population and that population will starve before India can fight any war. The same threat exists for Pakistan but Pakistan can get get oil from Iran as Pakistan has an oil deal with Iran. So India is in a trap. By the time India will get S-400 Pakistani ababeel will be operational and S-400 will be useless so India stands no chance.
India will start construction of 2 more in Rajasthan Bikaner and Jaipur but those 2 are also well in range of Pakistani missile they will be completed in 8 years.
The only option India will be left with is send in it's aircraft carrier to guard the shipping lane and that is where the PAF Minhasians will come in.
