You couldn't answer why such remote small country was interested to use Chinese Imperial dragon as their flag mean you have zero knowledge about them and their own pass...led alone to have your wet dream for them to join Indian Union.

We Chinese don't need to claim it because we're just too happy that India has to exhausted a good chunk of financial resource to please Bhutan and keep them happy, also to constantly keep India anger of any eventuallity of Bhutan-China rapproachement...as how we did with Nepal, we like to play the tormented game with India...that's much fun.

South Asia is becoming more and more chinese influenced. To counter that we need some agreements to tie them with India so that There will be only one Big brother in Indian sub continent.

We need special agreements or may have to accept them as our states. This is not about forcing any nation to join India, But taking some serious steps to counter raising China.

India do not want China - Indian border states to fall prey for Chinese and become unstable, What is China bullies them and takes them under their sphere of influence??
India needs to be proactive and have to make sure no power ever challenges it in south asia. Only way to counter the rising dragon is make sure they can never meddle in Nepal, Bhutan and Maldives.

So making them as Indian states is the best way forward.

we do have given some special status to Union territories so make them union territories and give them special status, Only foreign policy and defense will be in the hands of Delhi and the remaining will be in the the hands of locals.

I have no doubt that you dream day & night that others want to become India's state, if India declare itself to be tributary state or vessal state to Maldives and others...they might consider to grant Indians second class citizenship...LMAO.
