thing are changing. lets hope GOI uses perfect blend of soft and hard power.

What change do you see? A talk session postponed? Or a journalist's reaction being silenced by a delegate from China? That is something you call "change"? Nothing has changed in proportion to what it should. This GOI has turned India into a soft-spineless state.

Simply because of the fact that weaponry is neglected, R&D money is siphoned off and scammed and soldiers are left at the mercy of their courage and will to survive to return. I am surprised how the tri-services have not revolted so far.
