Indian professionals demand less salary than locals. For example one of my relative employed one Indian petroleum engineer with US MBA with just 1.5 lakh taka to run his Mobil business which is unrealistic for Bangladeshis plus they are willing to work anywhere anytime which is not the case for Bangladeshis.

LOL you are clueless and you need to visit in person. We don't really care if qualified Indians and Sri Lankans come here and offer expertise/work in exchange of money. I guess this type of thing is a big deal in Pakistan. That kind of thinking will hold you back commercially.
