The strategy to encounter a numerically advantaged army through engaging numerically more people and exert maximum damage. The army are trained to their teeth and all of them go through guerilla training.
The only place BD is lacking is air force which can be filled very quick once money is made available to them.

I am not sure what you mean by training to their teeth, but anyway.

Investing in air force will only make you vulnerable (as it will take away efforts and money from unconventional warfare), and you wont be able to match IAF anyway. Investment in anti aircraft guns/missiles is definitely a good idea.

So if hostility beaks out, Indian side will focus on quick regime change and not holding ground there, as it will hurt us.

There is no Illegal Bangladeshis in Bangladesh. Its not armys duty to deal with Indian illegals here but our police to take care of them and take them in custody and produce them before court.
