India must stop purchasing arms from Israel-AAP

Still doesn't work though. :azn:

One day someone is going to have to pay for all that free water and electricity.
He'll ask the Central government to pay up for his bill..

IF they don't(which they won't) he will call them agents of corporate companies & go on an agitation/Dharna against them!!

This is his plan

so which way are the things going

"investigate batla house encounter"

"why were pakistani singers not choosen"

"stop buying weapons from israel"

and i think smart people of delhi choose these people because they wanted good governance & end corruption .

good job delhites

@Guynextdoor2 on few threads you do bow bow while on other you talk like a great nationalist , then please give your views on this .

The Aam Aadmi Party demands that both Houses of Parliament should immediately pass unanimous resolutions condemning the completely unjustified Israeli attacks on Gaza and should not allow the Narendra Modi government to reverse the decades-old stand of the country on this important issue. The AAP also demands that the Indian government must seek action against Israel's repeated and widespread violations of human rights. It must stop purchasing arms from Israel, since these revenues appear to be used to oppress the people of Palestine.

Though the Rajya Sabha is scheduled to discuss this important matter on Monday, the NDA government has been shockingly resisting a similar demand in the Lok Sabha.

The AAP would like to remind the BJP government that irrespective of the party in power at the Centre, India has consistently followed Mahatma Gandhi’s famous line since 1938 that if the French can have France and the English can have England, then Palestine must belong to the Palestinians.

The Modi government’s ambigious stand and refusal to condemn the Israeli aggression at this crucial juncture violates the well settled principles of Indian foreign policy. It also raises serious questions about the dangerous direction in which the Narendra Modi government appears to be taking the country's foreign policy.

The BJP government’s stand on Gaza has lowered India’s standing in the international community. Earlier the UPA and now the NDA government, both were gradually tilting towards Israel, but the latest action of the Modi government has hit a new low.

The all-out assault by the Israeli military, especially the air force, on Palestinian civilians in Gaza, is a gross violation of international human rights norms and instruments including the Geneva conventions. While the AAP deplores the killing of three Israeli settlers, this can be no excuse for the rampant killing of Palestinian civilians, with the toll rising above 150. We call on the UN, the UN Human Rights Council, and other international bodies, to intervene and stop this bloodbath.

Currrently, the Palestinian people are living under an oppressive military rule. It is clear, as recommended by various international bodies including those affiliated to the UN, that the demand for an independent and unified Palestine is an urgent necessity. The Aam Aadmi Party is of the firm view that India should not resile from its earlier principled position on Palestine. It should support the demand for an independent Palestine.

Nationalist people who voted for AAP will cry a bucket after reading this. They got fooled by a party of anti National agenda

It would definitely be a warm approach to the Muslim World.
Believe it or not, i've met some Pro-India muslims . Albeit they were Arabs & Turks, not Pakistanis, but a muslim is a muslim.

You have to remember one thing when you encounter a political problem involving muslims. The Ummah (Islamic Community) has a religious obligation to support Muslims against Non-Muslims , regardless of the circumstances.
So any Muslim who supports Pakistan against India , is only doing so due to religious lines rather than political.

But! If India got into a conflict with a non-muslim nation (China for example), There would be Muslim Support for India :)

we don't want support driven by religion. If we are true we will like to get support on our policies. Muslims support is nothing to us

Fuckin* Bastar*s!

Come out in Open lefty, Commies fUc*s,
These Commie Bastar*s need a smooth ending ;)
congress, left, Mulayam, Laloo, Mamta.. all rolled into one. These guys are trying to pose as main opponents with borrowed ideology from all those who practiced nothing politics of convenience.

@nair Check out post #14, this is an article of last year while there was a Gaza offensive going on during those times.... And this comes from the Tamil Nadu unit. Poor Sanghis are getting real desperate....

An advice dude, don't ever be a blind supporter of any one....

Desperate Sanghis digging down deep just to find some silly issue to harp on.....:lol:

so you are saying their policies have been changed and btw there is another article brand new on aap website

Still doesn't work though. :azn:

One day someone is going to have to pay for all that free water and electricity.

yeah of course and I will be waiting for that day as for some months you can give subsidy to people and provide cheaper electricity but If you won't generate revenue how will you give subsidy in long run.

Still bro, security alliance with Israel is in our best interest. This is not the age to practice Gandhian logic. Non-violence, idealism are good in social life but never in the case National security and International relations. In international relations, the interest of the Nation comes first. No place for idealism.

do you think he gives damn about national security

Almost all islamic countries sent weapons to pakistan in 1971 war. Why should we support palestine above israel?? whats in it for us?

there is a lot of secularism in it

Because Israel being a small country with the backing of west beat Arabs in 1967 war and continuing occupation since then, the weak Indians got an impression that Jews are near God and should follow their footstep. Nobody can help Indians in this regards. I hope India keeps on purchasing weapons from Israel.

A Party emerged out of anticorruption movement have become a hardcore secularist (Islamist party) in no time. These idiots should understand that we do not buy weapons from israels to benifit them but we do that because it suits our requirements to protect our country.

Adani, Ambani, US , israel all are their enemy. The mullah who declares Rs 51 lakh as the reward of beheading some people is their friend. It is a hard luck of India that anti corruption movement was hijacked by even a more morally corrut fellow like Kejaari.

Just another reason why AAP is only fit for state politics not for national politics - their foreign policy is not only ambiguous but also compromises national interests as in this case!

The fundamentalist have started working inside AAP. I hope the AAP clowns understand if even if we support Palestine, the Islamic world wont support India in anything.

Here the issue is that they do not see the whole episode from National perspective but they have Muslim vote bank in Mind. Their sole motive is capturing Muslim VOte bank and nothing else. They won't hazitate to go with Mullah who openly support terrorism and declares prize for beheading and killing.

It would definitely be a warm approach to the Muslim World.

I am pretty sure India of late have gained many Islamic friends in Iran, Syria who are supporting India on Kashmir , though not openly in public for relevent reasons. The reason I put forth is, for nearly half a century after independence , we were supporting Palestine, and we recognized Israel only in 1992. So what did we get in return??! We are not asking for supporting India's claims on Kashmir, but they can be neutral, which they do not.

Indian-supporting Arabs or Turks, even if they are made President or PM, cannot impose their personal views on the foreign relations. It will invite backlash domestically for them.
I feel Muslims should start begin like becoming nationalist. Its the only way of coming out of the mess they are in. India, on the other hand, with the current leadership wont care , if the Muslim countries support India in case of a war with China. Cos Most likely, Pakistan is likely to pose its nose in, in case of India's war with China.
If India hadnt gained any friends over the past half century, I don see why to continue now.

Many Muslims like India for Diversity and the achievements of Indian Muslims in India despite they being minority status and less number of Indians radicalised.

Just when I was willing to give these anarchists some time to show what good they could do for India/Delhi........

As a state government they have no business meddling in or trying to dictate to the GoI India's Foreign policy.

What clowns.

You miss the point mate. They focus on Muslim voters in India and this is a direct attack on Congress.

And yu can continue dreaming Ummmaah , China or God will come and save u... We shall rule u.. Hasina or Zia doesnt matter.. Under Hindus always.. Hahaha :P
