say that to any economist and you will get a slap on your face. ffs understand budget deficit is a different thing than expenditure. btw, you do know that deficit is not a fixed stat? deficit of countries change, sure our deficit have been higher in recent years but that doesn't mean that we spend more on military expenditure as a %age of our total budget compared to India. That only means we have been unable to collect enough taxes or other income to equalize to our expenditure budget.
So a bakht like you would obviously want a decrease in military budget. While any sane economist would instead suggest to have tax reforms and better tax collection. If I were a bakht like you, I would cut some developmental and human projects in budget expenditure and force 3% of our population into Extreme poverty(40 million incase of India) but I am not. So don't worry kid budget discipline will come to Pakistan with time with reforms and yes military expenditure has nothing to do with it.
