it was not that they lost the aircraft, it was the beating their pilot got at the hands pakistani civilians that destroyed their morale..

the ferocity of common man made them realize that pakistan will never be a walk in the park for them.. they saw the faces of their nemises, children, adults and old men..

Sure but we are talking about a 4+ gen fighter against a 5th gen fighter. If you go for F-35 then it is a different ball game altogether. F-21 is not going to save you.

India hardly ever won a war despite having numeric advantage. It might have achieved it's objectives in 1971s civil war, but again I think was better for Pakistan and Bangladesh to part their ways and be independent. The way it happened though shouldn't have happened, however it's time for both countries to move on. Pakistan surely has moved on & it's time for Bangladesh is to do so.

not an issue of missiles but rather radars. The cold hard fact is that Pakistan jammed all the indian radars be it the israeli made awacs (which is an aesa by the way) or the isreali made ground radars or the isreali made bison radar or the russian made su30 radar (which is also aesa by the way) or the french made m2k radar, you name it...they were ALL jammed. PAF waltzed in during broad daylight & bombed the indians in 6 different places without any single challenge or defensive fire...abhithenonedone also admitted that he didn't even know which direction he was flying in which is clear indication that radars were jammed. and without a functioning radar, you can have the best missiles in the world and they'll still just be duds! russian aam missiles as some of the best out their but the buck stops at the radar!
