India is giving Pakistan a taste of its own medicine

That would be a very serious mistake - remember that these islamist radicals want to see bad relations between Pakistan and India - and if that happens, then you can be sure that these will find their way not just to kashmir but actual India

Islamist radicals harming India - Effect.

Pak army waging proxy wars againsy India for past 25 (woot!) years - Cause

Hence, as long as Pak Army doesn't change its policy of trying to bleed India through a thousand cuts, nothing's gonna change.

In fact India's alleged activities in Balochistan, even if true, would only amount to 'reaction'.

Newton's third law. ;)

The Guardian link clearly says that the US & British intelligence agree that India has been involved in Balochistan. Period.
Not really. The Guardian link is claiming that WikiLeaks is saying such things. The problem is, WikiLeaks doesn't have any such cable.

I suggest, you quit clinging on to that straw, and stress a little bit on comprehension.

That would be a fair concern, however these islamists were finding their way into India way before India allegedly started supporting some elements.
It rather makes sense to support them so they spread their sh!t outside India. After all, these last few years have been the most peaceful in the valley since terrorism started in 90's.

We aren't complainig.

going as per mush statement: our ISI is doing in India what RAW is doing in pakistan.

So basically you are saying the Guardian is making up false claims. Weren't they supposed to be the impartial sources?

Guardian is saying about India as Guardian is saying about Pakistan both never claims but international community knows everything about pakistan world largest exporter of terrorism.

NO. I am saying Guardian is in error. Whether that error is intentional or inadvertent is not the issue, and quite frankly, I couldn't care less.

And yes, Guardian would ordinarily be considered as impartial, but that doesn't mean that they are beyond critical review.

First of all we need to see the cable, I'm surprised nobody in Pakistan has found it and published it yet when they went to the extent of publishing fake cables.

Socondly, even if it exists, from this description in Guardian it talks about general broad belief of some intelligence agencies, same as the belief of this IG fellow. Just belief, no proof.

Western intel agencies believe tons of things about Pakistan, and so do Indian agencies too. Thats no proof. Period.

I take your point - however, the reason things are quiet in the alley and "beyond" is that Pakistan have put a clamp on their exit into the valley and beyond -this is the other side of the coin that Indian friends ignore - to the chagrin of Pakistani policy makers. one can only hope that saner heads prevail.

No, there is no error there. The US officials have been given proof by Pakistan:

Proof of Indian involvement in unrest in Pakistan presented | Asian Tribune

MPs told Russia, India and UAE involved in Baloch insurgency – The Express Tribune

And in the wake of this evidence, the US & British officials also believe that India is involved in Balochistan as well. That proof has never been made public though. But doesn't mean proof doesn't exist, or hasn't been given to them from Pakistan.

Here are details of the proofs given to the US by Pakistan:

Pasha said India has established nine training camps along the Afghan border, where they are training members of the Baloch Liberation Army. He also claimed “India and the UAE were funding and arming the Baloch. Pasha also claimed that the Russian government was directly involved in funding/training/supporting the insurgency.”

Musharraf told officials that Pakistan had proof that India and Afghanistan were “involved in efforts to provide weapons, training and funding for Baloch extremists through Brahamdagh Bugti and Baloch Marri, two Baloch nationalists, who were living in Kabul.”

“We have letters instructing who to give what weapons [and] to whom,” he said.

What proof does India have that the ISI had a part in the Mumbai attacks, or the 2002 parliamentarian attacks?

The fake cable thing was uncovered in December 2010, the Guardian article published where the US/British officials believed India was involved in Balochistan was in March 2011.
