Its a perfect logic go and get some info if you are a member of UN.

Don't be silly, nowhere in UN charter it says terrorism in disputed territories is OK.

Secondly, the moral right (not the UN charter) of people for self rule is the same for all people. UN does not decide who has the right and who does not, they merely record disputes among member states. Once a new country is created, they can be members too.

There is a difference between Kashmir & Balochistan. Kashmir is disputed territory, Balochistan isn't.

Disputed or not, use of insurgents is not allowed by UN just because a territory is disputed. One side does that, the gloves come off..Pakistan cant expect India to sit idle and not react against Pakistani use of terrorists in Kashmir, just because of a 60 year old resolution in UN which today is not even worth the paper its printed on.
