First of all we need to see the cable, I'm surprised nobody in Pakistan has found it and published it yet when they went to the extent of publishing fake cables.

Socondly, even if it exists, from this description in Guardian it talks about general broad belief of some intelligence agencies, same as the belief of this IG fellow. Just belief, no proof.

Western intel agencies believe tons of things about Pakistan, and so do Indian agencies too. Thats no proof. Period.

Most importantly, would like to know who was talking to whom in that cable.

There is a difference between Kashmir & Balochistan. Kashmir is disputed territory, Balochistan isn't.

That hardly makes a difference as I recall East Pakistan wasn't a disputed territory either and is not a part of Pakistan whereas Kashmir despite being disputed is still a part of India.

Golden temple...go check it..there are many hindus visiting as well...and the one responsible for the bad act is already dead besides it almost 30 years old thing now..
The current struggle is for Balochs..here everything's well integrated and fine..free the balochs!

Sikhs are most prosperous Indian see the lifestyle of Punjabis in India you never compare that, Mercedez Benz,BMW,Audi have largest selling in Punjab Go to ludhiana and see Mercedeez Benz are lined up on the road as Auto Rickshaw in the lahore.Our PM is Shikh,our planning commission is Shikh and as me my boss is Shikh and presently i am enjying the Punjab really very advaced state in the country.As a PSU employee of a Bank i have financed a person 22 cars total amount crossed Rs 6.00 crore only for cars and this customer every year purchase cars worth Rs 3-4 crore(INR).

Moral of the story is one should not to box above one's weight category..because no matter how hard you hit ..it just won't be enough to win the match.

So you stir up things in Kashmir or any other part of India..we return the favor but you end up losing a part rather than gaining one...exactly how it happened the last time

That would be a very serious mistake - remember that these islamist radicals want to see bad relations between Pakistan and India - and if that happens, then you can be sure that these will find their way not just to kashmir but actual India

not only islamist radicals but pakistan military also wants bad relations between Pakistan and India so that they can justify huge military budget and enjoy their superior status in pakistan
