A through investigation will be conducted if after that the fault is not found of course the fleet will be restored to active duties and the cause left as "unknown" as has happened with many freak aviation disasters. But let's not preempt anything and see what the IAF is able to uncover.

Yelling, chest thumping, and praising yourself are no ways of overcoming insecurities. You don't have to feel threatened when no one is interested in threatening you. Remember it can be overcome in positive ways.

I literally just told you- the IAF cannot simply assume a human error, they need facts and information to base their decisions on. Grounding the fleet is the SOP in these circumstances while a full investigation is launched and the IAF acts accordingly on completion of that investigation.

Yes entire fleet is grounded when aircrafts are not fully operational. Su30 is fully operational and they are crashing because of lack of training,focus and negligence. Isn't it?
