All the more reason we need to develop our own industries and break our dependence on the Indians, especially in Cultural areas. Our kids should not be watching their cartoons and learning their culture from such an impressionable age. Further more we need to develop Azad Kashmir, so that a breakaway of at least the Muslim majority areas of Indian occupied Kashmir will be a smooth transition. This should be our goal over the coarse of the next 10-20 years of National development. When the time comes, absorbing 10 million more people into a population of over 200 million shouldn't cripple us economically if we have planned for it. This is why we must develop ourselfs and not take the easy way of just trading with the enemy.

Its not as bleak as that. A government has to come in and start with building trust. Trust enough that poor people are willing to volunteer labor, middle class people are willing to volunteer expertise in their fields to form the industries, and rich people are willing to pay a fair amount of tax. We get the economy going, and Imran Khan resolves social issues with Justice for all, people will buy into to rule of law and social harmony. once that is achieved FDI will flow in, and We can payback our loans. We start lowering our Debt to GDP ration while growing, we create more opportunities for young people, especially to increase the human development index and not just as laborers. This will provide the Industries, Jobs, and increasing Salaries to woo Kashmiris to want to Join Pakistan rather than go Independent. The Asian Tigers all did nearly this exact method. the Key is trust and getting our own population to buy in to the plan.
