So technically I agree you have a point; however, as I said Tata is a Bricks-&-Mortar & labour Co. (Steel-&-Cement and TCS for 'labour' or IT outsourcing arbitrage). In an emerging, developing country won't those 3 things be like the 1-2-3 of business and at least 10 times cheaper than elsewhere ? That's my logic.
