India Developing, but still a long way to go

Good news is that I know of 25 such places in the making, and guess at least 100 are in various stages all across India, some even older then the above.

It's the IT ++ culture/social scene which needs to pick up around said IT Parks and cities which is where dlf's innovative inclusiveness is path-breaking.

Even more good news is that the Maruti/Suzuki factory and other empty land parcels opposite the complex and across the expressway visible (Maruti factory etc. and other land parcels not visible) the above will eventually re-develop and join up with the 'city.

While this took a generation to develop while India was pioneering it's new age mega industries of telecom, consulting and outsourcing which are major tenants here, and therefore was a risky idea, another mega, 1 shot and bigger 'city type complex will come up on Golf Course Ext. Rd. and some other areas around Gurgaon. And this near Delhi which is an also ran in India's fabulous IT play - Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad and even Pune were ahead in pure IT sq. ft. area on a per capita basis.

Per above pic.'s of Ascendas and Unitech etc., are doing mega projects in 1 go, sorry to sound repetitive Vs. dlf's cibercity which evolved over a generation.

Given the background, skill and language level's India's IT industry is 360 Degrees awesome

• while Pakistan missed the bus entirely. Someone said IT is India's oil. I disagree because IT is more then oil, it's also jobs for aspiring millions and has been impacting all forms of life.

For eg. as India's TCS stock went through the roof, it's marathon race loving boss became the boss of the entire Tata group and now major sports organisers are looking at mega rich IT driven Tata to write checks in India as they (Tata's) do for the NY and Amsterdam marathons and UK rugby Globally.

Oil - no jobs. Everything in the middle-east is bulk processing with heavy, often hidden and imported machinery; many a times from L&T India.

Fabulous analysis.

Trump will can China, and Modi will play along very carefully because Modi is, like the rest of the world, a big China fan, buys into the 'China model' of development. Modi used to visit China regularly and many times - upto 1/2 dozen times, when he was CM of Gujarat.

China is very easy to understand. Like India, China's a civilization passing off as a modern nation state. Hypothetically, however, looking at the greater China, or China influence area is way ahead of the world, with issues.

The Korea's, Japan, Taiwan etc. are hyper developed and co-opt everything modern into their narrative's while retaining an 'inclusive' mindset. Result : population decimation. All of the above including China 'over-developed' using, even abusing their citizenry during their demographic dividend period.

China, India and even Russia which now has an economy smaller then China and even India, have civilization problems with outright war. These 3 are specifically into self-preservation and defence from outsiders. China's past and future threat - America (Boxer Rebellion). Russia's past and long term future threat's are Germany, even a German+Polish combine (Hitler, Napoleon). India's problem - Afghan-Turc-Baluchistan and European colonists.

Those days are well and truly over. For a Modified India, Pakistan-Shakistan is non-sequitur, Wot?

I was thinking UP can not ever have another CM for a long time because

1. Yogi is 44, works 18-20 hrs. and comes with out-of-this-world 5 term (20 yrs.) experience as an MP starting at age 26 plus already his people are fully lined up with him, even re: for 18-20 hrs. workdays
   
   
2. He's already set a 'repair-&-overhaul' pace which is super-human and nobody can touch him or come even close re: # of decisions taken Vs. hrs. in office
   
   
3. The competition - be it in the shape of loser Akhilesh or Mayawati stand exposed re: incompetence re: patronage, criminality and corruption Vs. the super-human standards being set by Yogi
