First Chennai metro train rolls out

Now that's nice rolling stock! Look at the finish and quality. Mumbai Metro has been short-sighted and pound-foolish.



I hope the Mumbai metro doesn't run into the same issues that the Pakistanis encountered with Chinese-origin rolling stock.



Cutting corners to save relatively small amounts of money is just absurd on their part. Delhi, Bangalore, Hyderabad and now apparently Chennai are going to out-class Mumbai on this front and as the financial capital of India this is nothing short of an outrage.
