when you stop terrorising palestinians, then you might have an argument.

@topic: India is frnd of both Israel and Iran, so rather than taking side we are playing safe. Few days ago we deported Israeli, now Iranian. We are clear, no dirty game on our soil.

No it proves that Indian has a relatively good counter intelligence in place. If I am not mistaken a jewish couple were also deported some weeks back as they were suspected of carrying out espionage. India is not some banana republic where some other countries can play their 'spy games'.

Why isn't the Indian government punishing those that violated their sovereignty? Expelling the Iranian diplomat at least would have been the minimum.

For the same reason India didn't expel the Israeli diplomat when it deported Israeli spies.

At this time, fortunately our interests happily coincide with many other countries' and we have formed very good relations with many countries, Israel and US being among those. But the bottomline governing India foreign policy will always be India's own interests.
