Depends on what measurement you use for "middle class" categorization. But whatever measurement you used, Pakistani middle class is significantly bigger than india's (by percentage offcourse).

Moreover, Pakistani middle class is a little bit more prosperous as well. indian poors are MUCH more poorer than Pakistani poors as well (Multi-dimensional poverty Index)
