I never encountered racist discrimination in China, unlike in this forum. I just know that Japan and S Korea are quite racist. I also met some Indians making racist remarks about the Chinese in Hongkong.

The only place where I have seen Chinese talking bad about other Asians is the internet. I have seen Chinese talking bad about Americans or Brits, but they like Germans. So, it has to do with either current actions of some countries or some bad history and has not much to do with racism.
