India-Afghan ties to deepen post-withdrawal of NATO troops: Envoy

Better talk about the history in last 100 years, NWFP voted for Congress instead of Muslim League while Afghanistan voted against Pakistan's membership in UN, Afghans even ransacked the Pakistani embassy in Kabul after Ayub Khan dissolved NWFP province to form West Pakistan.

This 2 foot fool is trying to tell me how congress won majority but he fails to see that when the real vote came in the form of referendum, it showed where the majority wanted to be.

Lol.. just dnt get ... or die of cold this season.. or perhaps of starvation... or HIV..

Last time i heard Pakistan apart from exporting terrorism started exporting polio disease too. As if the former wasn't enough.

@Indians how many afghan here they even support you on this forum?, i haven't seen a genuine afghan here who was pro India to prove your claim of love and understanding.

Afghans know who genuinely cares for them and its not India or Indians.

I am still to find an Afghan using that 'D' word against Indians. :sarcastic::sarcastic:

Thanks for your suggestion I will read that book

You seems to have no idea of NWFP just before partition, Congress won there with Majority.
Just go through what we have discussed until now, we are discussion about nations.

Yes we are discussing present day situation, and if we consider present day scenario majority of kings or invaders are from Afghan lands.

Most of north Indians were invaders too, so it would be wrong to call them Indian too.

That was back in '46 & even then Congress formed a Minority Government in NWFP with 19 out of 39 seats that got reduced further !

And that was partly because of weak Muslim League grass root political work done in the Province before '46 & its upsurge was witnessed in the subsequent Referendum where NWFP voted for Pakistan !

And if one is to talk about the last 100 years - The Afghans got kicked in the nuts by the Bajaur Tribal Lashkar in the '60s when they sent in their boys to wrest control of the area as part of Loy Afghanistan or Pukhtoonistan !

Opinion highly differed in NWFP in 1946-47. The communal riots also changed the scenario in NWFP.

That would be both historically & anthropologically an irrational observation because those Historical Figures did not operate in anything even resembling the modern-day nation state of Afghanistan nor did they exhibit any Afghan Nationalism that one may link them to the present day state that comprises of only 40% Pukhtoons & 60% Non Pukhtoons !

That is precisely why Historical Entities aren't linked with the geographic boundaries of a country but rather with Ethnicities hence why so many of these Entities are trans-national ! Take the example of the Saladin - he was an ethnic Kurd - whom does he belong to ? Turkey ? Iraqi Kurdistan ? Syria ? Egypt because of Nurrudin Zengi ? Where ? Likewise where do the Mamluks belong to ? Turkey or the Balkans because they were Turkish or Georgian slaves ? Or Egypt or the Subcontinent or Iraq or Persia because they formed Dynasties over there ?

Similarly where does one place Ahmed Shah Abdali ? Afghanistan ? Why because he was a Pukhtoon ? Pakistan has got more than twice the Pukhtoons then the rest of the world combined ! So Pakistan ? Because he was a Pukhtoon ? What about the Pukhtoons in Afghanistan ? Why should numerical strength be the determinant ? Conversely why shouldn't it be ? So maybe place of birth ? Why ? Why should that matter when that place has traded hands more times in the past than a currency note in the hands of a money exchanger in any given day ! Besides we still don't know whether it was Herat or Multan where he was born ! And both Herat & Multan have been under the administration of everyone from the Persians to the Arabs to Ancient Indo-Pak Civilizations to the Durranis to the Sikhs to the present day states of Pakistan & Afghanistan !

Oh the return of the south Indian, who lays claim to Pakistani ivc.

You are right they font use D for Indians its K and trust me you wouldn't wanna know what that means.

Afghan love Indians so much that they still hold on to the bones of Prithvi Raj, afterall a man has to urinate on something.

I wouldn't say much since most Indians here are one-direction oriented. However, coming back to the topic of Afghanistan, all these Indian consulates are going to be shut down once NATO leaves. USA has already handed over the peace talks to Pakistan, where does India come into picture? Come 2014, and all these fake Indian Diplomats in Afghanistan will be eliminated.

Now we can see why Afghanis always suspicious about pakistan.I dont think Americans completely
shutdown all its cooperation in Afghanistan.Americans will maintain about 8000-12000 personnel in there embassy.Your country need Aghanistan , because you guys feared one day Indian Army will attack you so taliban ruled afghanistan come for your help.Forget about war ,we dont think India will take care about Pakistan India is in Afghanistan only for trade and bilateral cooperation.Indian consulates will be there and it will protected ANA and Indian forces.
And India also get aircover from Farkhor Airbase from Tajikistan.where 15 mig 29 also fielded if it wants.Pakistan will not taliban ruled afghanistan.

Most of north Indians were invaders too, so it would be wrong to call them Indian too.

Most of the people came here through migrations. Some pathans also migrated to India.

This is the map of India which shows the Pashtun population spread across India. I have pathan/Pashtun friends here in India :).

Were the Communal Riots particular to any one segment of British India one would be justified in singling out that one segment & proclaiming that it was because of 'thus' but because riots were happening in a myriad places thats hardly a valid point !

Opinion did differ hence why out of 38 Muslim Seats they only got 19 which were watered down further later on !

Even that K word is reserved for Pakistanis, I am still to find an Afghan using such word for Indians :sarcastic:

Your lie was caught, Prithviraj Chauhan's bones are no more in Afghanistan. :cheesy:
