Featured Imam e Kaaba Advises Muslims To Have Better Relations With Jews (Israel) in Friday Sermon

It breaks my heart, brother this is why I think we should adjust ourselves into doing what helps our Palestinian brothers. I think that when we deviate from criticising Israel as a religious entity rather than a political one then they shun us off as anti-semites. This was the same thing our neighbour did to us when we tried to show the world the oppression of our Kashmiri brethren. The path of the righteous and the sincere is indeed the hardest to walk upon.
Palestinian rights always victim of religious card. Eventually, a nation confined between the walls will eventually out of these walls .. As i said before, maybe Allah know Arabs are not capable enough to protect the Qibla e awal and change their direction ...

I can say this surely, From his birthtime, That Umma Chumma Imam had never spoken like this. but This time it is special. Since orders are directly from high command.

Does anyone have any reference from his entire life of giving sermons where he indicated to treat Jews specifically as friends ?
No ... Right ..!

While you might be right, there is nothing specifically wrong in what the imam has said. Prophet (pbuh) treated all non-muslims with respect (jews or whoever) and this is what Islam generally preaches as well. So technically whatever the imam has said, there is nothing wrong with it.

But ofcourse the timing is very very bad and as I have said, it raises a lot of questions.

According to Abdul Rahman Al-Sudais, the imam of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, the prophet was so good to his Jewish neighbor that the latter converted to Islam.

Has Saudi Arabia begun preparing its people for normalization with Israel?

A sermon delivered on Friday by Abdul Rahman al-Sudais, the imam of the Grand Mosque in Mecca, has been interpreted by some Arabs and Muslims as a prelude to normalization with Israel.

In his sermon, Sudais said that Islam requires Muslims to respect non-Muslims and treat them well.

He pointed out that Prophet Mohammed “performed ablution from a polytheistic water bottle and died while his shield was mortgaged to a Jew.”

According to Sudais, the prophet was so good to his Jewish neighbor that the latter converted to Islam. Sudais also talked about the need to “correct and purify the Islamic faith from false and suspicious beliefs.”

The imam had previously called for peaceful inter-faith dialogue and preached Islam’s opposition to “explosions and terrorism.”

Saudi Arabia has agreed to allow Israeli flights into its airspace. Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan recently said the kingdom was open to establishing relations with Israel on condition that a peace agreement is reached between Israel and the Palestinians.

Sudais’s words sparked a wave of protests on social media, where many Arabs and Muslims claimed he was paving the way for Saudi Arabia to follow suit with the United Arab Emirates and establish relations with Israel.

Egyptian Islamic scholar Mohammed al-Sagheer accused the Saudi cleric of hypocrisy. “He is paving the way for normalization and treason,” Sagheer commented.

Islamic cleric Muhammad al-Shinqiti of Mauritania accused Sudais of exploiting the podium of the Grand Mosque in Mecca to promote normalization with Israel.

Abdel Fatah Fayed, Egyptian affairs editor at Al-Jazeera, said the bottom line of the Friday sermon was that “submission, normalization and loyalty to Israel” are permitted. He added: “Al-Sudais does not have the right to tamper with Islam. Nothing can justify treason.”

Algerian Twitter user Mohamed Mestour posted a picture on the social media platform of Sudais with the caption: “I’m a rabbi, not an imam.”

Yeh bik gayi hai gormint.

No one is a magical being full of knowledge. The educated is still considered better because may offer more complex rationalizations in defence of his beliefs and actions which in turn paves the way of debate itself.

Then how will you explain the so-called educated middle class in India voting for Modi twice and them actually believing in ridiculous things like atomic weapons used by "Indians" thousands of years ago, not to mention being self-obsessed while ( from the other thread ) 42,000+ other Indians committing suicide for very avoidable reasons ?

Also, communism was regressive too [1], don't equate progressivism with it as by defintion it throttles new methods, systems and ideas by holding itself as the perfect natural state of mankind - kindof like religious dogma.

Hmm, what I will say at first is that USSR officials were over-enthusiastic in (a). Settling people in far regions, (b). Occasionally retaining old hatreds against certain peoples.

Secondly, there were a few Muslims sent to USSR / Russian space stations and were later given high medals, so it wasn't certainly as if, in this case, the Muslims within and out of USSR / Russia were hated constantly.

Thirdly, the USSR was an experiment like all socialist countries. We must learn from their achievements and mistakes.

Many are still shocked by such statements but as i have said in many past post these Arabs have sold their souls just to keep their Crowns. The IMAM couldn't pray for Palestinians but can further weaken their struggle by becoming the friend of their Enemy. These sermons are approved by the Government so its reflecting their mindset, Just a matter of time before they will accept Israel as their new Masters and many of their followers in Pakistan will hold rallies to accept them.
Kuffr can be forgiven but Munafiq will never be forgiven by Allah.

Gross generalization. Not every Modi voter believes that, in fact a sizable of the educated don't.
not to mention being self-obsessed while ( from the other thread ) 42,000+ other Indians committing suicide for very avoidable reasons ?
Human nature.

People are indifferent to others all the time. World is not a fairy tale. The problem and henceforth the solution has more to do with stagnant agriculture and mass dependence (say per capita land dependence) on it than existence of indifference.

Wasn't the officially atheist USSR a super-power ?
Super-power because of military complex!? You preach "military disbanded" and then say militarized states are superpowers.

For me not primarily a military superpower but more a space superpower, a political superpower which had influence in far reaches of the world and also economically helped brother countries which were not part of its largely self-sufficient self ( example, Cuba ).

Accepted, but why does this particular set not shush down and clearly distance themselves from that vocal minority that does believe ? For example, where is their vocal protest and sneering against the notion that the Taj Mahal was Tejo Mahalaya ?

And what about the notorious 'thaali bajao' brigade like this middle class mad woman ?

Human nature.

But wouldn't it have been wonderful if Modi in his Independence Day speech had at least mentioned the hunger deaths during the reverse migration of the migrant laborers and declared that some thing had failed and it should never happen again ?

The goal of socialism / communism is to realize an almost-ideal society. I say almost-ideal because I don't know what an ideal society would be. No one does. Socialists / communists are not indifferent to injustices, at least most of the time.

Such statements show, that Saudi should not have control over the Two Holy Mosques. Al Aqsa mosque is under the control of zionists, and it looks like the current leadership of Saudi will hand over the Two holy mosques to them as well.

Civil war is coming to KSA, as per Ahadith.

Our Mahdi is almost here. Jaish al Khurasaan is almost here. Al Masih ad Dajjal is almost here.

Muslims, prepare yourselves for the fitnah which is coming. Protect your iman like a hidden treasure. Do not let the allure of this fake world enamor you.

If I remember correctly the hadith states 3 brothers will fight over the treasure of the Ummah and neither will get it.

We have to now understand this is blood or step-brothers or various factions of Arab tribes, etc.
