I find Hasan Ali and his send off gesture to the Bengali player unwarranted unnecessary and embarrassing. He is representing Pakistan and he should always focus on that. Perform on the pitch. Thats what you are paid for. Trying to humiliate a cricketer of a nation like Bangladesh. Its hardly the semi final of a world cup. Its hardly life and death.
Afridi wasn't embarrassing - just over excitable and passionate. Was wrong and immediately apologized whereas Hasan was just behaving like an insolent child.

Cricket is a dying sport
After 30 years its the same 8 or 9 teams.
In next 30 years that number will come down to 5ish .

I don't have a crystal ball to accept or contest what you say. But Pakistani cricket has admirably survived an international isolation from the sport for the past decade. It tells me that the cricket obsession in South Asia is alive and well.
