Excellent find!!!!! Those missiles were no fired, so NO F16 shootdown can be "claimed" by them over the border. We have proof ( once again, and again, and again ) that they were lying !!!!

Their entire narrative is totally busted over what happened.

Pakistan side remained calm and there was no knee-jerk reaction. Everyone knew that no F-16 was shot except that Indian claimed to even the score and avoid public backlash.

W/C Abhinandan himself admitted that he was looking for a target but PAF shot him down. Surprises were promised so will be delivered.

Is this legit? So Bison was carrying two fuel tanks and two AAMs?

That's the payload on CAP for Bison due to limited internal fuel storage that has to carry 2 tanks with 2 AAMs.

Technically bison can carry 4 aams and one centerline fuel tank as well. but the iaf says that this bison was on a cap patrol. the configuration for cap for mig21s is two fuel tanks and two aams which seems to be the case here. the mig21 has very little internal fuel capacity, it needs the two fuel tanks got cap that uses while patrolling and drops just prior to engagement to reduce weight and maneuver.

Their size is of R-73. If you are confusing it with R-77 then R-77 is a much bigger missile.

now I manage to get more clear pics from one of the HD video of crashed site .... showing many things like HUD, turbine stage of engine, parts of both missiles and PROBABLY (in capital letters as its not confirm) SPJ etc.

Yes intercept. ..Not CAP .. It was despatched to intercept PAF package. SU package was on CAP.

yar I'll say again! abhi none done was the su30 pilot, it was the su30 that was searching for targets and got intercepted by the Thunders while the mig21 tried to intercept our other two Thunders coming back from the strikes on the indian brigade headquarters.

simple question...why would abhi none done say he was looking for targets to bomb if he was flying the mig21 with only air to air missiles? the dead sikh pilot was the mig21 pilot, abhi none done was the su30 pilot.
