40 million Pakistani don't have access to toilet and total pak population is 193.2 million as per 2016.

so %age people not having toilet is: 40/193.2*100= 20.7%

Now consider india 175 million indians are toilet deficient.

population of india is 1.324 billion,

What do you say about operation Rahat where our Navy rescued not just Indians but over 1100 foreign nationals from 32 countries including Americans, Germans, French and even you guys. Why didn't the omni-present USN come to the rescue. Stop picking up silly articles just for the sake of an argument to satisfy your ego.

Sometimes, there maybe other constraints due to which our navy couldn't reach there in time and navies helping foreign nationals even from rival countries happens when they're stuck in a conflict zone is pretty common.
