and In 1999 PAF was afraid to counter IAF even after we shoot down your Plane with Mig -21

Right. If the pilot was everything, then why not PAF only have WW-II spitfires to take on IAF Su-30MKI..
I suppose this martial races BS was seriously challenged in '65 and finally buried in '71. Martial races theory and superior pilot training & skills is good for propaganda and morale boosting, but in reality is different.

studying enemy planes is a good tactic.In the arab israeli war Israel carefully studied the mig-21 and this analysis helped Israeli pilots to shoot down a large number of migs in the conflict.

This is 2010. We fought 2 wars after that and rest is history.

The IAF entered east Pakistan which was Pakistani territory and destroyed a lot of things over there .
