It all comes to your budget and what you are looking for!!
Sony have the best colour science - and a quantum dot OLED is the ABSOLUTE best on the market (
https://www.techradar.com/reviews/sony-a95k-qd-oled-tv )
Sony minileds are the best when combined with Dolby Vision support.
Samsung donot support Dolby Vision(boo!!) and they tend to oversaturate their images thinking brightness == good image quality.
The best cost/value/image quality is LG OLEDs A1 series (eg
https://www.lg.com/uk/tvs/lg-oled55a16la ) ( but Sony's OLED implemenations are better ).
I would advoid Hisense - i have tried (ie bought) Hisense on number of occassions and i have returned them or they have failed - the colour science is crap - Hisense use low quality image processors meaning that fast moving images tend to artifact and stutter to quickly - their motion handling sucks. And, you also play screen lottery if you get a good screen or not (ie banding effects on their screens or dead pixels).
Hisense are cheap - if you want a TV for the toilet - sure - go for it .. but for true film watching and image quality - it is still Sony-> LG -> Samsung in order of colour science, image quality ....
( i am gonna ignore all the BS on this thread .. )
