in the forum, i find some words which is not like common english words, such as "mods" ,"idher","dhoom" etc. i do not know it is common used words or only used in pakistan

"mods" is internet slang for Moderators, i.e., people like Neo.

"idher/idhar" is Hindi for "here."

"dhoom" is, again, Hindi for blast (in a fun way), party, etc.

This being a Pakistani forum, you'll find plenty of such terms here. Feel free to ask.
