Its true we have been lagging in the process of developing our resouces in time but does this mean we should allow our enemy to devoid us of our lifeline...Shouldnt we atleast try to stop him from building any such dams in future so that whenever our home situation allows us we can build something for ourselves...

We didn't loose anything to China its your cooward army which has lost Askai Chin to China in 1962....So you should deal that matter first if you have courage go and ask China....Your army is so coward that to this date they have not cross the line of Siachen to enter Shaksgam valley which was mutually agreed upon by China and Pakistan in 1963.
