Every Hindu in Pakistan that migrated to India, always came back within two weeks to tell about their "great" experience over there. Your country simply sucks dude, there is a reason why no foreign expats come to work in India and even Indians abroad can't stand the idea of moving back to India let alone vacationing over there. No idea where and why it is stuck. Moreover Pakistani Hindus are not a priority for the BJP because they bring no political capital. After the BJP lost in West Bengal elections, they probably lost the motivation too.

The miniscule Sikh population in Afghanistan literally keeps begging the Indian government to rehabilitate them. The entire community is so small it can be airlifted in a few flights. We drag our feet there too. They have to look towards Canadian Sikhs for help

In India too their have been instances where police opened fire against Hindus for protecting minorities, Lalu opened fire against Advani's rath yatra comes to mind.
