how to promote an Muslim App

I have just developed an Muslim app featuring Holy Quran translated in 40+ languages, Fully audio of 10 world's renown reciters, Qibla direction, Mosque finder, Halal restaurant finder with step by step directions, Azan and prayer notifications, Step by step prayer guide and much more.

Just wondering what would be the best way to promote my app to the Muslim community.

post on all forums, social networks, create utube video, tv ads, radio commercial...ect. hope this will help you and wish you good luck with that.

As a very serious note, had you developed one for Muslim dating; or bundled it with this.. it would go off the roof.

That being said, the best way for pushing this app is to go to the main market; mosques. start with advertisements there or just basic announcements.

Does your app stand out?...because the features you described are included in many muslim apps but many of them do not work the way they are supposed to. Focus on interface and user friendliness, the word of mouth will be a great advertisement for you.

HOW can one "bundle" the Holy Quran and "Muslim Dating". On the other hand, "what" is Muslim Dating? Are there general rules in it? Like Sharia Rules? No touching? etc etc? Is it Halal lol?

Text message the link of the app to all the subscribers of the nearest mosques.
I'm sure the management of a mosque will help you with this matter.
Or ask all those Muslim speakers who are very active on social media to help you to promote this app. They surly will.

the main decision you must take is whether you want it to be for sale per say, or earn from ads or what is your objective with the app
then you will decide your age group and as the app is developed with a user interface, you will know pretty well what your age group is.
Now you need to include some duas and supplications, especially those that are used around Ramadan
Has the app been tested properly, nothing is more annoying then an app which is not tested properly and crashes.
once all the testing is complete, introduce the app on forums like these, and the rest is your luck

My user interface is really simple and i have no intention to earn from the app, though no ads in the app. It does include supplications dua's and lots of other features will be added soon. Please feedback on the interface.

Is it launched or beta tested.

Take a screen shot of the settings... the duas should be with meanings and references where possible. Makes the app authentic
In an update, please feature a section of Hadith which are simple to understand and discuss the importance of prayer, oneness of Allah, and intentions. Also with the growing extremism some portion should be dedicated to the value of human life and respect of other faiths.
