Lol Pakistani Buddha is something I am hearing for the first time:omghaha:

Nationality Nepali, racially Pakistani. Like Sunil Dutt and countless other Pakistanis in bollywood for exemple, nothing shokcing about this.

So you still consider all Mohajirs as Indians? That fcuked up attitude kinda explains why Pakistan suffers from a few unique problems not faced by countries elsewhere.

He was from the Shakya republic that ruled Nepal, UP and Bihar. How is he Pakistani?

Racially my dear friend, by nationality he was Napali. His parents just moved down to Nepal to spread religion.

Its very hard for Pakistani to accept that their ancestors were Hindus. They can not accept that their blood has Bania routes. The best part to hide it, is to claim the Arabian ancestry and making Bin Qasim the "1st Pakistani". It also serves the 2 Nation Theory.

Almost all Pakistani Muslims are proud that their ancestors left hindusim [ which they consider as paganism ] and accepted Islam, faith of Abraham, on the hands of Sufi Saints that dot the countryside of South Asia

@INDIC Children in Pakistan grow up with the conversion stories with pride and awe. For example, Khawaja Ghareeb Nawaz of Ajmer stopped a huge stone rolling down the mountain without even touching it. That incident caused thousands of Hindus to accept Islam right there including the Rajput lords in Rajasthan. There are so many such stories.

The author isn't even an archaeologist & his piece speaks of the same exaggerations & ommissions that colour Pakistani media at large !

I wonder if hes ever bothered to read any single work by Ahmed Hasan Dani who 'is' the world's foremost authority on everything related to the Indus Valley Civilization as he 'excavated' almost all of it !

@creed04 That was funny but you deleted it. Why do you think Indians will ever deny things written in their ancient books. The ancient books talks about region from Gandhara to Dravida as Bharatavarsha. Pakistan exists as a different nation because of the Muslim homeland movement of Jinnah, there is no cultural basis to it.
Only people who aren't related to us are Pashtuns and Baloch. Punjabi and Sindhi of Pakistan claiming a distinct history is no more than a joke because there are million of Punjabi and Sindhi in India.

There is a cultural basis. Pakistani Punjab / Kashmir / Sindh are different to indians.

Pakistan has a different way of life than in india.

Good for you. Atlest you are accepting that you guys have Hindu ancestry. I appreciate it. May be you could have Chandragupta Morya as first Pakistani instead of Bin Qasim?

He meant Sindhu ancestry, people get confused from time to time. Hindu is bastardization of Sindhu word, and is reserved for ganga hindus.

@Multani right bro?
