Does the word 'Shuddhi' ring a bell?

Parts of Pakistan had significant Hindu presence, however most of our lands come from Budhist heritage, just like Egyptians have a Pharoh heritage.

Interesting!
Care to name some famous Buddhist pagodas in Pakistan ?

Is there a peer reviewed source confirming that?

@Contrarian l Budhism originated in tibet. Its authentic history is not varifiable.

His Rig Vedic parents migrated from Pakistan to Nepal. Bhuddha was born in Nepal, nothing to do with India. 2nd Bhuddha was born in pure land of Pakistan. 2nd Bhuddha is the reason for spread of Bhudism to East Asian countries.

Even Porus the Pakistani was Hindu.

BS, the most holy site for Buddhism is Bodh Gaya where he attained enlightenment. Majority of Buddhsit pilgrimage sites are in India.

The Buddha was born in Lumbini, Nepal. However Buddhism was born in India. Lol Tibet though.
Nahi bhai...Buddha was born in Lumbini, a place presently in Nepal but very close to the Indian border. He attained his enlightenment under a Bodhi tree in Gaya, India. There are no accounts of him ever going to Tibet. It was Emperor Ashoka who popularized Buddhism by sending it's emissaries to all parts of the then known World.

He was born in the Shakya kingdom that spanned both Nepal and UP.

There are no verifiable sources that confirm he was born in Lumbini.

True, however it's undeniable historical fact that India was were Buddhism started.

Buddhism was brought to Pakistan by Ashoka the Great,

Hindu fairytales and Indians believe it as fact of history. Now that is a failure of education system. :omghaha:

He's just another Rimpoche....possibly the most important of them all.....Only a small subsect of Buddhists consider him to be on par with Buddha. You do realize your error here right? It's like siding with the Ahmadiya school of thought as the purest form of Islam.

Your comparison is invalid, Ahmedia is small group of few thousand people. While 2nd Bhuddha is responsible for spread of Bhudism in East Asia. Even Bhuddha was born in Nepal. Not to forget Bhuddha was racially Pakistani.

Good luck convincing anyone that Buddha was Pakistani.

Nationality Nepali, racially Pakistani. Like Sunil Dutt and countless other Pakistanis in bollywood for exemple, nothing shokcing about this.
