There is no "mistreatment" in the sense that is nowhere comparable to how you guys treat each other. Caste system, highest number of actual slaves in the world, millions of locals working for local landlords, millions working as slaves in unsafe factories for local firms etc. All located and living well in South Asia. Not in the GCC. That is why nobody in the GCC takes your crying seriously. Even less so seeing how you treat non-Indians (Nigerians and Africans can attest to that) in India or each other in the region. The harsh reality. As long as such a harsh reality does not change you should not mention any "mistreatment" in the GCC ever. This "mistreatment" feeds millions of mouths in your countries and has enabled 100's of your likes to become multimillionaires. In fact the smaller GCC states tolerate you to such an extend that you guys outnumber them. If I ever see any South Asian crying about mistreatment in the GCC I will post this post 1 million times. Well, millions upon millions of them (in fact the highest number of actual people living in slave like conditions = modern-day slaves, in the world) live and work well in India and South Asia in general. Their slave masters are locals though so the few privileged ones even consider their "own" (70 year old India is a British creation and composed of 100's upon 100's of different ethnic groups and this landmass was never ruled by a single entity before the Brits arrived) as nothing more than mere slaves.

Your age profile shows 25 years only ..May I know which city you live in and in which sector you worked there ?how many other GCC countries you have worked in beside KSA? What sectors you are exposed to and what kind of professionals you interact with ?
Indians are there since they are doing jobs in a way requires by the hosting country same goes for others

Arabs dominate all those fields in their respective countries excluding small GCC states but even that will change not far from now. As I said you mostly have numbers. When there are 1.3 billion (!) of you a few 1000 lucky ones (in the sense that they are not illiterate like 100's upon 100's of millions of Indians) or impoverished like half of your population, are bound to accomplish something.

In 500 years Arabs will outnumber your likes and the combined economy of the Arab world will be much bigger than your entity. Just like it is bigger today despite us being outnumbered almost by a ratio of 3 and not being a single entity like the 70 year old British creation that is India.

Compare them against Norway, a country also blessed with oil. Instead of spending money on vanity projects and useless trinkets Norway invested oil revenue back into her people. Now Norway is one of the best places in the world to live with one of the highest standards of living. Norway has saved up so much money they have a rainyday fund that comes out to $1 million USD/person.

You are confusing the hordes of Indian 7-Eleven workers. Most Arabs eat their own food. Many more people eat fast food in India than anywhere in the Arab world. 99% of all Arabs cook their own food on a daily basis already. Sorry to break it to you, but not only your poor work in the GCC. Anyway hopefully that day (Indians) will come soon. Best for everyone. That way 10.000 upon 10.000's of highly educated (Western universities among leading local ones) Arab natives will not have to compete with people who are willing to work for pays that are significantly lower. Basically destroying the job market similar to how cheap labour from Eastern European countries have had negative consequences in Western Europe in many, many fields. Anyway overall we gain more (economy wise) so all is good. No citizenship either. Temporary stay. Can be deported whenever needed. Could be worse. For now we are tolerating you but that we are hospitable people by nature and sometimes that has its drawbacks. For instance when trash compatriots of yours call for nuking our countries unmotivated while those same countries shamefully feed millions of your compatriots mouths.
